After cutting off the corroded ends of plug wires when replacing caps, eventually the wire becomes too short to casually reach the plug. I may be sadly misshapen, but I think I recall some sort of extension or splice that could be used to lengthen the wire. Screws onto the wire just like a plug cap does. Is my mind going, or does anyone know if this thing exists?

Thanks Brian. My coils are fine, but I'm encountering this quite a bit on the older bikes at work.(Though I did read that link a little while back) Just looking for a fix or recommendation for the customers."Damn it Jim, I'm a doctor, not a mechanic!' ('Bones' McCoy)Comment
