Try and tilt the horn so the opening is pointed down a little more. It will still be loud, but it will keep the water from entering and killing the horn.Ray Matteis

When I did mine I used some of that heavy speaker wire the millennial crowd uses for the BOOM BOOM stereo in their cars. Not sure what the guage was but it's much more flexible and easier to route than regular electrical wire.Greg

Direct Battery Ground
If you really want to get the best results for horns or any other accessory, improve all of the chassis grounds to direct battery grounds. Chassis grounds are only barely good enough to burn a light bulb.1981 XS1100H Venturer
