Terminal Assembly ?

above is a link to the wiring diagram for an F model.
On the top right to the left of the fuse block is something called the Terminal assembly. What is it and where could it be found?

I believe that is the auxiliary terminals. It should be below and to the left of the fuse panel.

It has two terminal holding screws and is a good spot for mounting a plug for your battery charger. Always hot.

I guess what threw me is that they are showing what looks like a ground that goes to the self canceling and a few other components.
