Where can I get a restrictor for the line? And thanks bikerphil for the tip.

You could use a carb pilot jet, stuff it down the line. I took a piece of round plastic rod about 1/4" long and drilled a tiny 1/32" hole down the center. They are used in aquarium air pump lines so maybe pet store may have something. You may not need to use one, check it first without it, put your hand on the valve while bike is idling and check for pulse vibration. It would only pulse at low engine RPM.

It was my second day of vacation. Now it's just sitting there waiting for the part. But again she got me home before she started leaking.

I have had this problem with the Pingel aftermarket vacuum fuel valve, I think it could also happen with the OEM.
There is a restrictor built into it. Take the vacuum nipple off and inside there is a small disc that acts like a restrictor/check valve. Its also possible someone removed it so it won't work.

Ah, that's good to know Mark. I vaguely remember seeing something like that in the OEM valve, it's been so long since I rebuilt one of those. Thanks for the info.

Part on. No leaks and no pulses. Did have one carb float stick and leak. But luckily a tap on the carb and it unstuck. Thanks again for all tips.
