Easy if you use a plastic bag and a rubber band to seal off the end of the exhaust muffler.

Intake is a different story depending on if you have pods or originally equipped filter housing. I just shoot MMO in the spark plug hole and turn it over with the crank to coat the walls. I find that is a lot easier than the alternatives.
