  • Swamp Thing Update

    Guys,

Here she is with all but the valve cover polished and my Stainless Steel lines installed. She'll be ready to fire up as soon as the exhaust shows up.

I hope this works, first try.

Dos equies, man. (2X's) At least that is all I'm seeing. Have you thought about using webshots free service like I did? It's quite easy for anybody that knows their way around a computer. If I could figure it out, I know you can.

How about this? Will a direct link work? If not , someone please tell me how you put an image in your post? Thanks.

Very Nice Randy. I don't think Twilite Special has anything on Swamp Rat. (Other than 80cc's) It's amazing what we can do with these old bikes. It goes to show how much some of us really care about our bikes. It's like going to an antique car show. Some people rally love their rides, and it really shows. Again...Very Nice.
Did you use any Rub N' Buff on it?

You almost had it right. When you posted it the last time all you forgot was the [img] in the beginning. When you want to post a pic, copy its location. Click on the IMG button that shows up when you reply and then paste in the location. Hit OK and it does the rest for you.

                          Yes, Tommy.

Tygon vacuum and fuel lines to match the yellow copper core spark plug wires. I did the spark plug wire / coil fix that is in the posts and used Accel wires.

I don't even want to know how long it took you to polish that motor. I'm thinking about having my engine case (while I'm gutting the motor) taken in and having it media blasted. Softer than sandblasting, but still gets stuff pretty clean. That's a really nice job dude. Impressive. I hope I can get 'Red looking that nice.
