Yes, but without the center stand. The special pipes get in the way, and the spring gets REALLY sprung... DAMHIKIJK
Also, you may have to change the studs on the exhaust, or just put on the nuts from a late '90's small block chevy in place of the stock nuts.Ray Matteis

I have the Midnight Special exhaust on my '78E. Like Ray posted, no center stand, but everything else is working alright.
