Screw sizing on carb?

Many of my screws came pre-stripped on my xs11 carbs. Anyone know the sizing of the screws that are on the top of the carb (that hold the diaphragm on)? So i can order form McMaster.

'78-79 with cast tops: 8 - 6mm x 14mm (carb rail), 32 - 5mm x 15mm (tops and bowls).

'80-82 with steel tops: 8 - 6mm x 14mm (lower rail), 24 - 5mm x 10 mm (tops and upper rail), 16 - 5mm x 15mm (bowls).

Could just go to your local Ace or Tru-Value in the specialty trays and buy the number of stainless button-head allen bolts. The two that hold the throttle cable housing piece will have to be a bit longer.
