    Hey Ian,

    IIRC, the manual stated that specific readings on the R/R were not as important as just getting readings in one direction and not in the other because of the DIODES! The manual shows a diagram where when you measure in one direction, you should see continuity, in the other direction not, and if you do in certain combinations, then the R/R is defective and to replace it!

    Since you are now getting the 14V at 3K rpm, sounds like the 750 R/R is working properly, along with your ALT and Field coil, so yes....ride and enjoy!

    Just an FYI, I burned up my original R/R just from running some extra rear running/brake lights decades ago! So....if you are running any extra lighting, you will want to evaluate the total amount of current draw you are putting on the system. I think you have some AMP reduced lighting, ie. the HID mod and such.

      Hey TC- I actually have no idea, and I have an electronics degree from a few years ago. I'll just do a few more tests before I button her back-up, and ride.
