Since you are rebuilding the rear brake m/c and/or caliper, you should make sure that the brake lever is free. They will get rusty/dirty where it passes through the frame and stick - usually in the on position. Safe thing to do is take it apart, clean the hole and the lever, then apply grease prior to reassembly.
