I have a strange issue that I can't quite figure out. Startup and idle are all fine, I can rev it fine in neutral, but once I put it in gear it feels like I am down at least one cylinder. It almost behaves like a pickup issue BUT IT IS NOT THE PICKUPS (I emphasize this because you are all going to tell me this is the issue and it is not).
I put it up on the center stand today and fired her up and as it was idling I started manually moving the pickups and advance and it didn't cause any problems. When I put it in gear though it it started acting up. It almost sounds like some sort of transmission issue. It sounded very "chunky" and jerky.
I don't know where to go with this or how to describe it (I am bad at describing things like this)
