Maybe you're TDI box is not firing on all cylinders? This is the problem I had with mine, bought a bum box on E-bay.....Then I bought a good box from Andreas. I mean, its most likely carb problems, but it could be ignition problems.. Good luck, This is place to be...Dont give up, you'll figure it out.
