    Whack the tire with a big mallet at the p[oint that is not seated.

            not the first time we have gone off topic
            Torque wrenches look like a good deal. is 4% about normal for a torque wrench accuracy?
            Nice looking utilty trailer for rescuing a bike.
            Anyway the tire finally gave in and seated properly.
