I need a new battery for my XJ and I came across this in my search, wondering if it will work properly.
I read a post that said the battery has to have "18" in the part number, my old one is a Bike Master SB50-N18L-AT. The XJ has a sensor that plugs into the top of the battery...I'm guessing the XS does not have this sensor so I wanted to be sure I get the correct battery.
Thanks.
Go back to walmart!
Hey there,
See this link, it shows the model # of the battery to look for on the shelf at Walmart!:

They come DRY, but with the acid container that you pour in, then you charge it up with a 2amp trickle charger overnight BEFORE you put it in use, to get the most capacity out of the battery! Should be about $50.00.
