For a single cylinder with no spark, typically I would suggest swapping the plug wires from #1 and #4 and see if the no spark moves or not. If it does not, then the plug is done. If it moves, then you need to look at the plug cap, check it for resistance, stock ones should give 5k ohm resistance. After that, check resistance from one wire to the other, through the coil. Should be about 15k ohms.
