so i pulled the gas tank off and found the fuel lines had zip ties on them, was kinda in a hurry cause i was leaking gas in the garage, anyone have a diagram for the fuel lines? or advice on how to stop the leak

The hoses #3 go to the tee fitting between the carburetors. #2 is a vacuum line that goes to the tap on the left most intake manifold.
You'll have to explain better what's leaking. If everything was hooked up and fuel was leaking, you'd have to have at least one leaking petcock, a leaking vacuum shutoff, and one or more leaking float valves.
This kit will help you rebuild the two petcocks and vacuum shutoff. (spider valve)
