79 xs piston rings

Does anyone know how to get piston rings from Hastings or perfiect circle. Where can I get the specs I need to give them to get what I need? I have an oportunity to get another XS11 for my wife. The guy did the bottom end about a year and a half ago. Seems it will need a valve and ring job. Low compression. Hopefully it will not need boring, then I'll have to go big bore.

Some time ago someone did the research on Perfect Circle, I think it was...on the old yahoo list. Had part numbers for the compression and oil rings. I don't have access to the old list from work, will have to see if I can find it when I get home.

I saw in a previous posting that the Yamaha numbering system is basically like this:
The first three positions represent the bike model, in my case 2H7 for xs1100 standard and the rest represent the part. While looking for the rings for this bike I found the part number to be

3J2-11610-00-00 which I guess replaced 2H7-11610-00-02

My question is is this ring set number below the same ring set on this 79 xs11?

1TA-11610-00-00 Ring set 1998 XV1100SKC VIRAGO 1100 SPECIAL

I have found sites that sell ring sets and valves for golf carts and outboard motors that use the same last eight part numbers.
Example:
OEM#JN6-12111-01 Intake Valve
OEM#JN6-12121-00 Exhaust Valve

These valves are for a golf cart at http://www.powellsequipment.com/yamahaengine.htm

Are these the same as 1J7-12121-00-00 and 1J7-12111-01-00 which replaced 1J7-12111-00?

I am trying to find every way I can to locate parts for these old XS11's.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I am looking for the specs for the ring set on a 79 xs11. If anyone can help me find them or send me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate the assistance.

Look in the classifieds here. There is a guy selling oversized rings. and other parts. I have just ordered a gasket set and a cam chain from him.
