    Click on "User CP" on the left end of the blue ribbon above then in the box on the left of the screen marked "Your Control Panel" select "Edit Your Details". Scroll down to the "Additional Information" box and change your location.

    Be sure and click "Save Changes" at the bottom...

                          So to all who are wondering, the new carb kits for the cv34 does come with new slide needless. Pretty much everything for a full rebuid.
