    Just got this from eBay. Guess my problem is solved

        Nope, that's a normal 'standard' taillight assembly with the factory turn signal relocation bracket...

        The melted lens isn't common though....

          I haven't looked at mine yet. I just know it works but has a cracked outer lense.

          Maybe I can swap the two.

          Can't wait to have rear blinkers. I've been hand signaling for a week.

            That happened to my lens, the inner magnifying lens came unfused and fell forward against the bulbs and melted. I just cleaned it up a bit and crazy glued it back in. It did ruin both bulbs and I was riding around with no tail lite for a while until someone on the road told me so.

              Did my relocation about 30 something years ago,two L shaped brackets mounted to licence plate bolts,works fine.Have had soft saddle bags since about 81,started out with Bagman and moved up to Nelson Riggs.
