    This is the fairing I picked up at the salvage yard it's getting painted and mounted on Wednesday

    if you decide you don't like it,I have an almost new Shoei sport fairing in non-xs parts for sale.Looks good though.

          That looks like a Tracy fairing you have there, I thought I had the only one like that in existance.

            Hi Jason,
            let's be careful out there. Speeding tickets get ugly expensive and while the bike's motor can make it go way faster than 100mph it's chassis runs out of brakes and handling at about 80.

              Yes i have to agree with fedintoon "Speeding tickets get ugly expensive"

              but on another note, brakes can be effectively enhanced.
              stainless brake lines triple the braking power, if you have the tires to handle it.
              if thats not enough step up to ceramic compound pads and double the grip from factory pads.

              chassis issue?
              hmm, yes now i remember, tcat fork brace solves 90+ % of fork instability
              triple tree bearings have to be 100% good, anything less is life threatening.

              2007 Suzuki V-Strom 1000. (Just added 2024) pre-crashed.

              1975 Kawasaki S1 250. My first bike. Still have it. NO I'm not selling it!!

              Most bike problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!!
