    fuel flow

does anyone know the optimal flow rate of fuel for our bikes is?

someone said that thy would be worried about this effecting fuel flow, me and my brother want to make sure that this does not effect fuel flow rate. alot depends on what type of valve is used as well (butterfly, ball, ect..) i trying to find a ball valve since it will have the least obstruction in the path of the fuel when in the open position, where as the other types do. once i find the one that will best suit our bikes needs and at the right price i will do a fuel flow test to see if there is any pressure drop. i do know that we will know that we will go with one that is 3/8 ths and 1/4 hose connections to optomise the flow.

      .
Optimal, or minimum to keep from burning holes?
      What speed? Temperature? Air density?
The smart a$$ answer is, enough to keep it running the speed we're going.

Go back to the start of this thread, start reading, and by the time you get to post 15, you may wish to rephrase the question.
