The sound would be interesting but the looks in motion would no doubt be as unappealing those when stationary!

TBH I kinda liked that look....crotch rockety maybe, but also a little intimidating... If they were baffled, then prolly didn't need rejetting....

Bit of a joke though in that they look like something off a space rocket but will probably make the bike slower. Still, each to their own!

Rejet won't be needed if the baffles are intact. There are photos in the bike pictures thread with those muffs mounted in the stock position. It's possible to fit them that way. R1 cans or GSX-R cans fit like that, and some models are light weight. Where I live in the PNWet, your proposed solution would not be the optimum solution.

I say do it, but only if you hook up flame throwers while you're at it.

If I did that I would have to add the Cafe Fairing and a gatliing gun on the right side.
If it's worth doing, It's worth overdoing!

Hook up a in line fuel pump and run fuel lines to to end of the muffs where you have fuel Injector nozzles and then a spark plug right behind the nozzle that is on a coil wired in on a relay after the regular ignition coils. Hook the fuel pump relay and the coil relay up to a accessible button...you gots flames!

Little harder to do this all on a bike. I especially don't like using a liquid agent like gasoline for the flames but it is a bit hard to find a place for a tank for something else on the bike.

Close but with good nozzle you get more distance rather than the plume.
