I don't think its that, I just recently replaced my throttle cable, and it only does it once I've been riding for a while. When the bike warms up :/ fairly sure i just need to get my carbs synched up properly.

If the tips are broken off they are most likely stuck in the carbs and your adjustment of those Carbs does nothing. There are several posts on here search for broken IDLE mixture screws there are some good posts here on it how to remove pictures and repairs.
One issue with carbs is how the bike is set up. A bike that is set up lean is more tempermental to adjust for idle but gets better gas milage. A lean bike will run a little hotter and needs the choke to run until it is up to temp.
Any vacume leak will cause idle issues and issues trying to sync and do idle mixture adjust.
When you sync the bike put it up level it is important to have stable gas flow and when on side stand floats may not work as well.
Make sure you have good gas that stuff that sit in the can for 3 to 4 months may also cause issues due to methanol.
Filters are a good idea for the gas lines as the tanks are prone to have rust that causes problems. However you have to have the lines and filers situated so they do not cause flow or restriction problems.
Hope some of these things help.To fix the problem one should not make more assumptions than the minimum needed.

Turn in all the way and back of 3 turns? 5 turns?
