    Right. Because 2 and 3 are the fuel intakes for the octy and 1 and 4 are the outputs. You connect the Prime port on the petcocks to a tee in the hoses in the middle of the output lines which allows the Prime port to bypass the octy. If you apply a vacuum to the octy, you can blow into 2 or 3 (block off the other one) and the air will flow out of 1 and 4 at the same time.
    Lol, I cant believe how much more sense that makes then what i thought i knew. Not that the octy causes any major issues or confusion but thanks just the same!

      OK...
      Filled front tire(was flat).
      Cleaned the bike, looks good.
      Charged battery.
      Hooked up the fuel lines(THANKS to you guys on here).
      Shot some Either into the air box.
      Bike started.
      I poured some gas into the tank, bike ran OK.
      Changed oil - drained about 4 quarts, filled with the required 3.
      Rode down the block, all gears check out good, clutch works fine.
      Considering selling it... may be more than I'm ready for.
