Bought my current SH in Nov of 2009. HAd 23,300 on it at the time IIRC. About to hit the 28,000 mark. But realistically, until about Nov 2010 either the bike or me or both were under reconstruction. So I would say my true ride time would start last spring. I travel extensively for work, so I do not get near as much ride time as alot fo you do.

                well,

I'm the 3rd owner. I got it with 129,000 on it. Rebuilt everything you can imagine and some things you can't. Rolled 10,000 mi on it, then put on an NOS speedo in '05. Speedo shows 22,000. So, in it's life it's traveled over 160,000 mi, but I've put 32,000 on it.
Former owner, but I have NO PARTS LEFT!

Bought with 30,000 in 2005. Now 79,300. Would be more but I didn't ride it much last year.

                    Maybe I should ride less?
I've been in more than one Hemisphere, and I wrote a book to help you do it too (or just prepare better for that week long road trip). Going Small, not just for the little guys.

My 80SG rider has around 29k, in storage right now so I can't get an exact number. Only put about 3k on it last year due to time spent putting it in riding condition. The 79F i just bought as a project is rollin with 33k. (so the speedo says)

??? On my XJ, I keep changing gauge clusters out for nicer ones and don't keep track. I ride @ 20-25k a year and think I have somewhere @ 60-70K on the motor since the rebuild.

My '81 Special has 9,200 miles (Some of it upside down and flipping, but asphalt scratches on top of the gauges makes a nice unique conversation piece) The '78 Bob Jones Limie bike has 8,500 miles on it.

I've got 4 replacement motors though, so I think I'm set for a while... unless I find another one really cheap again. lol.
