Don't know which brand carb cleaner you are using but some are stronger than others. I would get some Berrymans (it will burn your skin) spray carb cleaner, tilt the carbs so it can sit in the clogged ports overnight without running out. Then give it a go again with a wire and compressed air.

Edit: Any major autoparts like Autozone has Berrymans products.

still cant get it....ugh...ive been letting it soak, keep trying wire, nothing...ive cleared out every other orifice and hole except for those damn ports....the ports behind the air jets are cleared, its the port behind the pilot jet...it appears that there are actually 2 ports inside there...one that goes to the air jet and one that goes in the opposite direction...both 4 and 2 are cleared on both ports behind the pilot jet, but both 1 and 3 are blocked on both sides....ugh...cant figure this out, as soon as i get those ports cleared i can put this back together...

you'l have to keep spraying with carb cleaner,
and poking at it with some wire, hitting it with
compressed air to try and break
up what ever u have in there.

if u go to a hobby shop u can pick urself up
a set of tiny drill bits, they can be used to drill
out pilot/main jets, pick a bit that is smaller than the
port, u can screw the bit in and then use it as a ream
to clean the ports out, the ports at the back of the carb bell
are straight, hopefully thatl be enuff to clean it out,
ive got a pic of the jets but i cant seem to post atm.

heres a pic of the bits,

itl work better than poking the port with wire.

Not sure how you're making out on this but if you can push the wire through the air jet port 2 3/8 inches you've hit the 90 degree turn to the pilot tower. You'll have to perform a flanking manouver and attack fron the pilot side. It is a bitch as the tower tunnel goes down so far then brends to the left. No way to ream it but dropping a couple wire gauges may allow you to make the turn. Try pushing up the PSI on your compressor. Good luck man. I think I have a spare #3 body if you need it. Float posts are intact. Concentrat on the number 1 first.

this is where my problem lies.....

II even read somewhere that you can soak it in lemon juice, so i cut open a lemon and poured juice into both of the problem pilot ports, used a small lighter torch to heat up the passageway, still nothing....argh!!!!!!!

The port your pointing at with the screwdriver on the left should be easily accessed through where the air jet screws in. The one on the right if you separate that carb you'll see a small steel ball that is epoxied in the hole where it was drilled. If you heat the epoxy with a propane torch you should be able to remove the ball so you can get down into the port on over to the pilot tunnel.

Those are actually two legs of the same port only on different carbs. It's where the air comes from for the air bleed on the pilot jet

i cant access the blockage from the air jet port because of the 90 degree bend, the block is on the pilot port side...
