Got the new seat in. The craftsmanship are just amazing!! It look so clean, and I was shock that it fit perfectly like a glove!!! and usually it's really hard to get the fitment exactly on the dot!! even the underpan are just dead on. Can't wait to get this upholster and get it all finish! and once I get the new final Tank in, it's gonna look sweet!!!
The under pan is gonna go under that key hole, once the mount point gets rebuild.

and I'm thinking about adding some turn signal to the frame tubing.. so it will be flush in..
also made a under pan in front of the battery to set all the electrical wiring..
and the seat fit nicely even with that battery in it, I think I still have about an good inch before it even touch.

already start working on the foam, gonna have 2 layer of different density foam.
working on getting the seat all stitch up like the one in the pic!!

kind of debating whether to keep the Tank and Seat that polished look, or Brushed Aluminum look?? any suggestions??

      mad max creation

I think it is Coool. I like the creativity and execution. I would not do this, because I don't have that talent! LOL I am lucky to get mine together and run again.

ha ha thanks. I dont have that much talent either, I just know what I like and what I want. and I wish I have more time to work on it myself, but I end up just have other talent people to help me build it. I just come up with more of the designs and how I want it. I did make a few things here and there. but if I have more time and the facility to work on it, I would totally do it myself.. ha haa..

just got the seat upholster! and I absolutely love it!! the upholstery place did an awesome job. the seat is a little bulky, but after I break it in, it will settle down more for sure. I can't wait until everything is done. and finally the bike started as well. so hopefully I will have it all complete this week, and then gonna take it to another shop to have the exhaust work on and then last thing, Photoshoot it!!

this is the overall looks of it..

That is one unique, beautiful bike! I love the rear end, i would love to do a mono shock but i am going to keep mine original since it has low miles. Very nice man.

Wow, that seat came out great. It really pulls the whole thing together. You certainly have one of a kind. Good work, and thanks for keeping us posted. Tom

Healthy is merely the slowest rate at which you can die

Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better. I’ve always believed this, in spite of the trouble it’s caused me. Being shot out of a cannon will always be better than being squeezed out of a tube. ha haa LOL.. been trying to get it tune up a bit. it's running a lot better now. still got a little flat spot at low rpm, not sure if that's something to do with the vacuum system? or it's still got some bad fuel to burn off?? but will definitely get it check out soon!

After long 9 month later!! recently swap out the 39mm CR carb to 33mm CR carb. ( and yes, the 39mm CR carb is for sale ). and RFID works, Speedo works, I think I at least drop another 50-80lb with the new tank and seat.
just got a ducati rear brake cylinder to swap out soon. The one I got on ebay sucks! LOL.. Will update more info soon!! and also need a new exhaust setup..

how did you connect the tachometer wire on your bike i tried the wrap around the plug wire deal and it's pretty erratic at idle. That is if your still using the vapor guage kit.

my is the same way, and the idle is a bit erratic, but I think it's from the vacuum system, or possibly some timing that is off?? Not sure? I'm planning to have all my electrical re-wire next week, so there will be a tons of stuff gets clean up, and hopefully after that I won't have any issue. Last weekend, I think I short out the Rectifier? was at a event, and about to leave the parking lot, and all the sudden, no electrical power what so ever??? I was like WTF?? check the battery, full power, and all fuse looks good. The only thing I can think of it, is the Rectifier? there are no juice what so ever??? Gonna try to figure that out within the next few days.
