I found this, it shows how to replace the diaphragms on our bikes, it is also the cheapest I have found replacements, 60 bucks for 4

If you do, you will need a whole new diaphragm assembly part$$$

I know guys that do stuff their own way and get away with it. There is a guy on here that adjusts his valves by jamming zip ties between the valves and seats to hold them open, hay, if it works, its your bike, enjoy
