OK, got my new front pads for my xs1100sf. Go to put them on, one pad is thick at the top the other at the bottom. Follow PO's install, then "I THINK" that might not be a good idea again I am on the right front set, they are installed with the "outside" pad with the "thick at the top", is this correct, and if so, do both sides go with the"outside pad" with the thick at the top pad

if i remember rite....the pads are stamped on the back for left and right side.
after that is established, they can't be installed wrong as the pin that goes thru the pads to keep them from falling out can only go thru one way.testing 1-2-3

My new EBC's weren't stamped or marked on the pads or package or came with instructions, nor does the Cylmer man help, BUT, I did do a referance by the part # and determand which was Right and Left, and from there, you are correct, can't put them on wrongOriginally posted by redbone View Postif i remember rite....the pads are stamped on the back for left and right side.
