I like both
I like them both, octy, vac p-cocks, they both serve a point (even more important when you get older and have "Half-timers" and don't know where you parked your bike, much less "did I turn off the gas") They stop the fuel flow from getting into the motor The octy is a single point valve, so not twice the chance of failure of the vac p-cocks, but both are great when working right. +1 on cleaning and reassembly VS rebuild kit, I used the rebuild kit and couldn't get the darn thing to close all the way. Re-installed the "old" dia, and it works fine One oversight that has not been a prob yet, is when under full throtle, the vacume drops to almost "0" and the fuel requirment goes to max They still seem to worh fine though
