That would be my question, what are you trying to accomplish?

      Hi 'racer,
not sure how to hold it on? I'd say make the whole thing a lift-off unit that rests on 4 pins with safety clips like the hood on a race car.

The problem I seem to be having is where the passengers feet and legs go. It seems that there are some complicated bends there in the sheet metal I have to preform to close the area off behind the foot pegs.

          Hi DCRacer,
What about following the curve of the wheel arch? Will that get the pillion riders feet to reach either the existing foot pegs or some easily located alternate peg that is still comfortable? I presume you are intending to use the existing saddle. With swoopy curves front and side the rear panel would cry out for some curve too (IMHO) or at least move back to match the trailing edge.
If you put "flares" like those around the wheel on the inside edges of the fenders and followed that with the back panel? Or reverse the same radius for the back panel at the bottom.

Ok been very busy and haven't posted for a while but here goes I have a piece fabricated and set in place, tell me what ya think. Also put zues clips on the fenders where I have the guards so I can change the tire when i need to.
