Scored for sure. Cleaned with 320 grit sandpaper, now what? Cross my fingers and hope for a seal? Will that red rubber goo they sent with the seals help? And what's that goo for anyways?

not sure if u figured it out or not but that red goo is rubber grease,
put some on the out side of the seal to help it seat when pressing it in and put some on the inside of the seal to help lube it for the slide.
