The PO, Multiple POs, the Mechanics or the lot of em' have been horrible to this bike. Carb idle adjustments that were tightened down so tight that the o rings were almost impossible to remove. Cable holders, rubber materials & more tied down with strips of inner tube instead of being screwed in
Last night I removed the bolts used to fill oil in the middle gear and rear end. The bolt has an allen socket & I couldn't twist it off no matter how I tried. Had to use a pipe on the allen wrench as a breaker bar & I had to push the 3' pipe so far I thought the wrench was going to splinter & finally the bolt broke free & the release was so sharp that the sound hurt my ears & the now free pipe recoiled so hard into my palm so badly it still hurts right now.
That NEVER should have been that tight & well, there's a lot of stuff on this bike I have to make standard & I can't assume the guy did ANY maintenance that was timely or proper. I'm doubtful that anything will come free easily & the bike is rust free, this stuff was just lousy maintenance.
SO happy to get the advice I need here!
