    Doesn't get much better than that. Nice touch with the gaiters. I like the seat too.

        Hi John, I'm not sure if I understand your first question, but I don't think you've seen this one before unless the PO posted a pic well over a year ago when I bought it. Thank you for the compliment too.

            I put the question up in subject..

            I put the question in the subject (look up) and continued it in body of post...

            its a habit - i do it all the time...

            I asked where you were at...there is nothing in your profile or signature.

            I searched old posts and saw you comment being near someone in Howell, NJ so I guess up east.


            I was sure I had seen it (the bike) awhile back, just don't remember where. I don't think it had gaiters though...

              Rick I think it was Bike Bandit, but I'm not sure - it was over a year ago.

                Oh, I get it. I'm a little slow on the draw 'cause I'm still on a little pain med from the back surgery. But I am in central/south Jersey not far from Howell as you said.

                      I think your bike looks excellent. Do you have any more pix of it? Side views etc?
                      XS1100F 1980 European model. Standard. Dyna coils. Iridium plugs. XS750 final drive (sometimes). Micron fork brace. Progressive front springs. Geezer regulator/rectifier. Stainless 4 into 2 exhaust. Auto CCT (Venturer 1300) SOLD. New project now on the go. 1980 European model.
