      Saddleman Seat

I recently purchased a Saddleman's seat (part #xy156) from DennisKirk.com and really enjoy it. The quality of the foam and leather are very nice. The seat does put you a little higher and a little more forward towards the tank. In my opinion, the best part of the seat is the lumbar support for both riders. Reminds me of a horse saddle. Be sure that your pan is in fairly decent shape, mainly for the "teeth" on the underside of the seat used to hold the new leather seat on firmly. The instructions that came with the seat are fairly vague and require a little "eyeing" to get the seat on the pan straight. The hardest part of the assembly was getting the grab bar and putting the trim back on after installing the new seat. And another great thing about the seat, it is made in the U.S.A!
