Can't be final adjusted off the bike, they have to be installed and running on your bike.

Where in northern PA are you? I do get out that way and plan to be in Monroe county on April 2nd.

simple answer.....you!! Yep, if I can figure these things out anyone can!

These carbs are fairly cut and dry simple. So consider giving it a try.

As stated though, a bench synch and setting the screws so many turns out is just a point to let the bike start and run decent so the tuning can be done.

I've already done a crude sync... the paperclip sync... worked for a while... but now i have gas pooring out of my air box... Pretty sure the floats need to be re adjusted, the needle jets adjusted... Not to mention to get it to start i have to blow into my tank to pressurize it to start... after that it will run all day long...

I took them out to clean them cuz they where getting gummed up... my #1 cylinder runs cold #2 is very hot #3 is hot and #4 is hot... I'm in Clumbia county not that far really... i can get the bike to run but i have to do a title transfer from when i was living in VA... so getting the bike to you in monroe might be a slight issue... but i do have my ways...

Took the float bowls off to polish them i may have bumper the floats...

Columbia county... Berwick... i can pull the bank out and redo the sync... possibly ajust the needle jets... but not sure how to ajust the floats...

The key to setting it up right is to have the carbs and the bike in the same place at the same time. I have all the tools to set it up right, if we can work out the meet-up on April 2, I'm in. I have to be finished by 5PM,though. Let us know.
