1978 XS11, which carbs will work?

I am in the process of getting this bike on the road, but one of the carbs,(far left with choke lever), was letting a lot of gas out through the air cleaner.
Figured it was a sticking float.
When I removed it, I found that one of the towers that hold the pin, that holds the float was broken.
Anyway, I am in need of at least the one carb, but would consider a whole set.
Can anyone tell me which years will work on my bike?
And as long as I am asking questions, does anyone have some they want to part with?
I really only need the main carb body because all the other parts ar fine.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

There are several good (relatively speaking) permanent fixes that have been written up and posted here to deal with the somewhat common broken post.

Otherwise you you would need a 78 or 79 far left carb. If its any other carb it will not work cause it will not have the right holes tapped for the choke.

If you change the whole rack any of the years will fit. The XJ carbs IIRC the emultion (choke) is different but workable.

Looks pretty close, except for where the float bowl attachs.
The on in the picture looks different.

Do you have a picture of it looking down on the bowl area?

Looks like you got a carb body that will replace yours.

You do want the same style for replacing but as stated, any of the XS models will run your engine fine if you replace the entire set. The XJ models use a different setup for the choke activation (cable linkage), otherwise they direct swap as well.
