  • Needed Part

Does anyone out there have or know of a source for a front air fork valve, complete or without cap(listed part # I have is 3H5-23190-00 / SB48). As I have one side that the threaded stem that the cap fits is twisted off and I can not use chuck to put air in shock.

I may know somewhere to get it. I need some more info though. This is for a 79F right? I just found 2 new countershaft bolts from this supplier so he may have something like this as well. Front fork air valve when I punch in the number you supplied I get no matches but I get several under 3H3. Tell me exactly what yr and model it is and I will check it out. Usually takes a day or two before he replies though!

I'm sure I got one of those threaded air valves hanging around. You have a Standard correct? The Specials and Standards are different thread size.

Iron Duke, I got both kinds. One uses a 14MM wrench to remove, the other type, a 10MM. Shoot me a PM with your address and I'll send it to you. Let me know which type.

Takes a 14MM wrench, so's that a standard ? thats what I got, but these are replacements for an ol warnout pair, seems that the springs are 2-3" shorter on the air shocks , but both are follow mounted, and look same side by side.

Yep, 14MM is a Standard, you must have 80-81 forks on there because the 79F had just preload adjustment, no air.
