Thanks Nate, your other jets are the same as mine, so 2.0, is probably right. The price is 28.95 per valve and neddle. Later 'Dog

          HEy Dog,

Another option you can consider is an "upgrade" to the viton needle valves and seats. The needel valves and seats from an XV920 (Virago 920) will thread right into those carbs. Some say the needle sits a bit higher so the tang on the float needs to be bent down.

Suppose to last and seal better than the metal to metal seats and valves that are stock. JAT

            Viton needles

+1 on the xv920 upgrade! I accidently left the petcocks on for 3 days and had NO leakage. If I had done that with my stock seats and needles I would have had a crankcase full of gas! I also got the Mike's XS plastic floats at the same time and I know I don't have $28 in each carb for the mod. Wish I had done it sooner.

Thanks for saying what I have always believed, I am gussing you are without the octy and I never have seen the metel needles be a fail safe for total fuel shut off I think I will do the upgrade as a 2nd fail safe if my octy failes, thanks

Thanks Folks, I should be able to get the gas to stop running soon, when it's parked. Just recently started having this problem, but with 90,000 on it, I should expect some problems. LOL. Later 'Dog
