I've always wanted a more modern wheel setup for my bike (send the hate mail), I've been planning on one day changing for the FJR1300 rear swingarm (but that seems like a boatload of work) I got this crazy idea though, is there any way to make the FJR1300 rear wheel install onto the factory XS11 swingarm?

Here's a pic of either side of the FJR's wheel. I'd actually love to swap the whole swingarm, but fabrication wise what a pita. I'm sorta tempted to buy a wheel and see if I can make it work anyone have any input? But when I say input I really don't just want opinions on whether it would look good, blah blah

I was planning on doing the same but might just go to a chain drive conversion first. I picked up my 2005 FJR1300 for $39.95 off Ebay but haven't had the time to start it yet.BDF Special
