I was unable to race, had to take the tank off to install the tether and it wasnt something I was willing to do last night at 12:30 AM, outside with no lights and with all the bugs, and I had to be at the track at 8:30 AM. I will be ready for next time the track is open. My clutch is slipping some so I have to get some HD springs to throw in at a min in order to go play. I just put an offer in on a house and need to save my money. I prefer to do the alto friction plate mod and use the HD springs but money/tools/weather/and time is permitting. Right now I need it to get me back and forth to work so running the 1/4 mile is taking a back seat really fast.

Yep, I know these bikes are VERY durable, but every engine I ever put through any thing close to consistant track time, also liked to see consistant garage and fixing time.

Hook it across the tipover switch as that is how it works. When you tip over it grounds the ignition and the engine stops. So a close to kill can be wired in parallel with the tipover, where an open to kill would go in series with the normal kill switch which is open to kill.

Thanks for the info but, I'm already armed with that knowledge now. Where were you the other night!?! All hooked up now, Maybe this winter I will go back in hook it up in parallel...
