It's actually cheaper to get it directly from Morgan Carbtune. Only 35gbp + 3GBP shipping. That works out to $56.27 total.1980 XS850SG - Sold

Okie's price on a colortune looked pretty good - I think I paid around $85 for mine. You can also get them bundled with a carbtune for 90 english pounds from Morgan's.
I didn't mean to be redundant, Bug - you just type faster than me .I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

The thing I like best about the carbtune is its portability. The whole setup fits in a case about the size of a carton of cigarettes. It isn't any more accurate the my gauges, but it isn't any less accurate either. The thing you have to watch with the carbtune is that all the rods are moving. They can get a little sticky if you've had carbs backfire while it's connected, in which case it may have needed cleaned. Speaking of which, I need to clean mine .I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

Those Colortunes seem to work ok on some bikes, not so good on others. It helps if you alter the gap on the plug, I've found out, maybe a bit closer than how it's normally set up.2H7 (79) owned since '89

Sorry - I think I misunderstood Okie's comment. I have noticed that the colortunes are much easier to read when connected to hot coils as opposed to stockers. When I get one that's got a weak spark I usually put the plastic sleeve over the plug so I can see the color better. JATI think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.
