  • Yamaha Clutch Spring Retainer Set

IIRC, the XS1100 shares clutch plates with the XS650 and much of the clutch is the same. That being said, these may prove useful.

Nope, they wont work on the XS11. Look here, the XS11 clutch has hex bolts that hold on a "star" plate and the springs are behind that.

They wouldn't be long enough anyway, the 650 uses 6 plates, we use 8.

          NP...

They are nice pieces...it's too bad they won't work.

            Hi Guy,
the XS11 uses hex head bolts on it's clutch springs so don't need those fancy adapters.
OTOH, the XS650 uses custom fasteners with (of all useless stupid things) crosspoint recesses in them.
Those adapters allow the use of ordinary Allen screws instead, provided you can get the originals out of there.
