Where are you measuring the voltage at? Before the coil or on the plug side? Also what are you getting for voltage?

    Thanks

I forget what the exact voltage was, but it was 1 volt more at the coil power lead. I measured with a DMM at the red/wht wire (double female bullet connector on the '79) with the key on.
