Anyone know something that will just replace these seemingly possesed things? Just a on/off valve?

Partsnmore. Use the big mounting plates for a standard tank. Or you could do what I did with mine 'till I got new petcocks - go to a hardware store, look in the lawnmower isle, and you should find some in-line fuel shut offs. You can put them in the line downstream from the petcocks and it will give you shut off. Not a great long-term solution, but it works in a pinch.
I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

You can get some on/off ones from Parts'N More ($75 shipped for 2) but it requires some slight modification to the tank as the screen towers are round and slightly larger than the opening in the tank. If its just the diaphragm leaking then you can mod the face plate that holds the lever arm to get an off position. Check here.

Petcocks? Gee...I didn't know they made good pets All of the above are fine suggestions. I got so tried of fixing the damn things that I soldered the curved recess in the levers and now I have an off position where the prime used to be. No more vacuum / diaphragms / o-ring horrors. They're now Off-On-Reserve, just like normal bikes

Can't remember which member posted this mod, but a big thank you to you.

No problem, bro. I think I was the first one to do this. I did the same mod with JB weld prior to the solder method years back. I hear you man, no more drips.
