Just an idea. I have a local shop that will let me buy one set of jets then swap them out for free if I need another size. I would talk to some of the local shops and see if they will work with you. However, I have about 5 different main jet sets, since I horde stuff and don't feel right swapping them 5 times without paying them at least something.

Kinda neat when they start calling to ask if I have a spare set they can sell another customer and replace them for me.
    Ich habe dich nicht gefragt.

Don't know how I missed that.

I would do 145/45, same all the way across.

I am also going through the rejetting process and my question goes back to the variance between the mains in the inner and outer carbs. If 1 and 4 use 110 and 2 & 3 use 120 normally, would I use 120's or 130's in all the carbs?

I would try 120\'s across first and take it from there. 130 seems a bit too large .

They are the early carbs tinman, 120 WAY to lean. Needs to go with the Mikuni size stated by those who are running pods and similar exhaust.

I believe Tim\\\"s (rubyasaurus) carbs are the early model. morrellxs has popped in and asked another question .With his jet sizes I am only guessing he has later carbs.

                were canadien carbs different (leaner)

The bike is running great at idle and midrange now, I put in 45 pilot and 142.5 mains, the mains lasted about 2 min, bike ran like **** top end, so I went and bought a set of 1, 37.5s better but still a big sputter at 3/4 to full throttle, until the bike got up high revs. Put in 132.5 alot better now, the sputter is way better, but still there, stock is suposto be 137.5 but I am going to try 130s next.
I dont know, according to most advice here 130s should be too lean, but my plugs are getting sooty now and the hesitation gets better everytime I go leaner.

                Thanks

Tim - you do have the screws in place over the pilot jet towers, don't you? Leaving them off will cause a very rich condition. JAT
I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

Yes thery are in, I must admitt, I tried it without them once, that did not last very long, beleive it or not it still ran, but i wont do that again

                    Thanks
                    Tim

Oh yah my outside plugs get slightly darker than the inside ones, I have not synced the carbs, yet could that be the colour difference?

                    Thanks again
