Weird thing, guys like us seem to see the end result in things, and get bikes like ours for a steal since the PO's thinks its ready for scrap metal. If all goes well I'll be picking up that XS in the guys back yard for R1500 which is roughly about $150. Over here it's not a lot of money for a bike of any form. Will let you know if I get it and will make it my December Project.
