There have been a few threads on this topic lately. Try searching for TEE, instead of just T.

You can get Yamaha fuel tees (pipe, joint per yamaha wording) from boats.net online for $4.28 ea if that would fit your needs. I've ordered from them many times and been very satisfied.

Sky - Be thee aware, all tees aren't created equal. There are different sizes depending on the year of the carbs. On the '79 I think they're both the long ones, but I wouldn't swear to it. If you decide to order new ones, make sure you're getting the right size.
I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.
On my 79 special the Tees were not the same size. The fuel inlet Tees were "wider/longer" than the tees which were used for the float/fuel bowl vents. Also when I dry fit the "vent" tees inside the fuel inlet orifices they were looser/not as tight as they were in the vent orifices. Possible, IMHO for them to not seal and then permit leaks.
If you do decide to get the Tees from Mike's or Motorcylecarbs.com then be sure to get the longer/wider ones. I ordered and received the shorter ones and to this day have not installed them as replacements for the fuel inlet tees. Great for the vent tees, but I'm not going to put them in as replacements for the fuel inlet tees.
