    Hey, Wild ...

Midnight in a motorcycle museum... I've been trying like crazy to remember who and where
I remember seein' the Midnight in the museum photo too .. was up on a pedestal of some sort, right? .... I can't that member's name/handle either ... nor find it ... but that's because I don't know how to use the member list ... I know, I know ... call me stupid if ya' want I'm old ... even older today

Anyway, IIRC, it was a member from PA ... maybe Montoursville where my mother lives or Williamsport. I exchanged a couple of PMs with him. He said he sponsored and/or promoted vintage motorcycle shows all over the country.

Don't know if it will help .... ??

I was talkin about the $300 bike, not the crate bike.
I did a double take when I saw I wrote that and was about to knock myself in the head.

          Lol.....

I violated my own rule ... "Carefully read the WHOLE damn thread, don't skim it." lol

I know she's a sharp one, TC ...Now I'll have to be on the watch for an opening to return the flavor. to you, you leg puller, Kat. Shame on you ... on my birthday too. That was bad, but if this birthday check you sent me turns out to be a missle ...........................

BTW ... It's me that's got the crater .... but I can't show ya' the pic right now ... sorry ... call back later.

I wasn't talking about that museum, TC... ya troublemaker...

I actually DO remember seeing a post from a member who had been to a museum with an 80 Midnight on a platform... This was a MAJOR museum... LOTS o' bikes...

Great... now I'll have to go find that post to prove I'm not crazy... okay... where that's concerned anyway...

Wialdcat, Its at the big mc museum in Alabama. I have pictures of it somewhere. Allmost all the bikes in there are like new, quite a place a must see for sure.

Seems like a member (maybe from the old Yahoo group) had a MNS that he aquired still in the crate. He assembled it and keeps it in a storage unit. He brings it out and rides it occasionally. He was contacted by a (Japanese?) bike magazine about using it in a photo shoot. He lives/lived in Scotts Valley, CA. I rode back from Big Island 'Deuce' with him.
                Dang, his name escapes me.......
