If i can get it to look half as good as yours danteinien, i will be very happy! Thanks for making a sweet ass ride If i did not see your bike i would have never had the inspiration and drive to actually try anything like this!
I am too short for clubman bars & rear sets will actually get caught on my pants leg or bump into my ankles at a standing stop I am a lightweight shorty...hehehehe

Here is a picture of danteinien's bike if you guys have not seen it yet. It's pretty sic

Korr, look at his seat. He has a LOT more padding than you do! He also does NOT have a fork brace! That WILL make a HUGE difference chasing down the 600 zip-splats on the twisty back roads.

You see that crazy looking little fender? It doubles as a fork brace. Made it myself.

And I would keep yours on, the extra stability makes up for the extra 6 pounds.

How, exactly, did you make that fork brace/fender?
              It looks awesome.

I really like the cafe seat It needs a some pod filters (I know the pros and cons, but it's a "style" thing) some cafe/clubman bars, and you need to lower the front. I've seen a few cafe elevens and they never look right with the rear of the bike so low, and the front so high. Seriously, it's looking good, and just take my opinions with a grain of salt.
